Schilderijen op bestelling hebben zo'n 6 weken nodig voordat ze klaar zijn en droog om te versturen.
- Worden de schilderijen verstuurd met lijst?
- Nee, we sturen de schilderijen opgerold in een harde plastic koker. Dit biedt optimale bescherming. We kunnen je eventueel een goede lijstenmaker in Amsterdam aanbevelen. Wel hebben we een selectie kleine schilderijen met antieke lijsten.

- Kunnen we Van Gogh Studio bezoeken in Amsterdam?
- We hebben geen galerie op het moment. Wel kun je terecht bij Bistrot Neuf op de haarlemmerstraat 9 voor een Van Gogh menu lunch. Tijdens de lunch hangen geschilderde replica’s van Van Gogh Studio om je heen aan de muur.

Van Gogh Studio is gevestigd in Amsterdam, vlakbij het Van Gogh museum waar we de originele werken kunnen bestuderen. Onze schilderijen zijn allemaal geschilderd in olieverf op doek door voornamelijk Nederlandse kunstenaars die de techniek van Van Gogh hebben bestudeerd, inclusief penseelstreken, kleurmenging, sfeer en het ritme van het schilderen.Lente en ontwaking
Van Gogh voelde zich aangetrokken tot de lente en de bloesem van de planten en bloemen. Hij geloofde dat dit een heel bijzondere tijd was, het stond voor ontwaken en hoop, iets waar ook Van Gogh aan vasthield in zijn leven, die vaak wilde groeien en zich wilde ontwikkelen tot een spiritueel verlichte man. Het werk is geschilderd voor Van Goghs pasgeboren neefje en naamgenoot Vincent van Gogh. Dat zijn broer Theo besloot zijn zoon naar Vincent te vernoemen, toont opnieuw hoe diep zijn liefde en respect tussen de twee broers reikte.Theo was niet alleen de financiële steun van Vincent gedurende het grootste deel van zijn kunstenaarsleven, hij was ook degene die hem bleef aanmoedigen, zelfs toen Vincent het geloof verloor dat hij ooit geld zou kunnen verdienen met zijn werk. Van Gogh was erg ontroerd door de keuze van zijn broer en trots dat hij zijn naam met zijn neefje mocht delen.
Een betoverend werk
Geïnspireerd door Japanse houtblokprints creëerde Van Gogh dit prachtige werk. Een werk dat de kijker nog steeds weet te betoveren met een diepe en mysterieuze schoonheid. De blauwe hemel op de achtergrond wordt abstract in zijn uitgestrektheid doordat het geen duidelijk perspectief op de omgeving te geeft. My recent order of the Blossoming Almond Tree is an absolute delight. I have seen reproductions of this painting before and I can safely say that this work is far superior! Itâs not easy to reproduce Van Goghâs technique, much less the complexity of lines, form and detail. Yet, who would say that I own a reproduction and not an original!!! The artist is truly talented. Also, the reasonable pricing and timely delivery make everything sweeter.
